| Our Shipping Policy |
We process all orders Monday - Friday. All orders that come in before our 3PM cut off time will ship out same-day. Orders After 3PM will ship out the following business day. For all Ossur/Techform items, please allow an extra day for processing Shipping status: NEW- Awaiting processing. Processed Ready to Ship- Order has been processed by us and is awaiting tracking. Tracking is updated within 24 hrs M-F. *Orders and tracking are not updated on the weekend. International Shipping: Customer is responsible for all Customs Duties on import. Your country may charge a tax on imported items. |
