The Darco FX Pro is designed around an ultra low-profile sole that provides a smooth transition from heel to toe without stressing the foot and ankle. Spatula stirrups conform around the calf to limit chafing and the vented liner ensures you stay cooler, more comfortable, and dry. The low-profile also eliminates any heigh difference between the walker and a normal shoe worn on the other foot. This low-profile nature limits the altering of the gait and reduces hip and knee pain.
